Mika Distribution will process its client's data to defend its rights in legal proceedings, in settling claims with the help of external lawyers, etc. This refers to situations where personal data is processed in connection with the administration of information related to legal disputes, court guarantees, applications and court decisions.

    3. Your details for issuing an invoice to an individual: If you wish to be issued an invoice in your capacity as an individual, you should provide your unique civil registration number.
      • Purpose for which the data is collected: Issuing an invoice for making payments under a concluded service contract.
      • Grounds for processing your personal data: By accepting the general terms and conditions, this Privacy Policy and registering on the website, or upon concluding a written contract, a contractual relationship is created between "Mika Distribution" and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, b.     2. Pazaruvaj (Online Comparison Shopping Kft. (H-1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 70-72., Tax ID: 24868291-2-42, Court registration: 01-09-186759) is an authorized data controller in connection with measuring customer satisfaction within the framework of the Correct Shop Program. After purchase, the customer's e-mail address is forwarded to Pazaruvaj. The forwarding of the data is carried out for the purpose of requesting opinions from customers and publishing them. The e-mail address thus forwarded is administered by Online Comparison Shopping Kft. as personal data on our behalf, subject to the existence of the relevant contracts and conditions to guarantee data security
